Ristretto black base coffee to halfway the O

Espresso black base coffee to just above the L

Lungo black base coffee to just above the L

 

You can always prepare this base in advance during the shoot.

 

At the last moment you pour some of the cream 5 on it.

 

Keep an eye on the cream during the shoot, it will stay good for about 5 to 10 minutes.
