This can stand for hours.

Put something over the glass so that the foam does not dry out.

You can always correct the top by scooping away some of the foam and re-styling it with fresh foam.

Pour milk from a siphon to halfway the O.

 

Blow a hole in the middle.

 

 

Stylish the top with foam.

Spoon about 2cm of milk foam on top, see recipe.

Pour basic coffee from a siphon into the hole and let it rise until the logo is completely brown.

Put a cup over the coffee and the milk will not dry.
