Here is the settling of the coffee in the Lungo glass when it is just under the machine.

The colour is approximately in the middle.

The camera movement can pick it up a bit later that's up to you.

It's a tricky process to pick out exactly where the settling stops, I can't change that much.

Also, the coming out of the thickness of the foam layer will not always be the same.

I think it is a good working situation though.

There is enough time that the movement of the camera takes place.
